Our 7 Core Values

Faithful

We are faithful and reliable in our words and deeds. If we make mistakes, we admit it. We expect the same from our partners.

Belief

Faith in God is the ground on which we stand, because it gives us security in our values. Respect for creation and the Bible opens up paths for us that others might not take.

Innovation

Innovations are the basis for lasting success. They come about when we boldly try new ways without losing our grip on the ground. Our slogan "Observe, Develop, Implement" illustrates our approach.

Human

Charity is also visible in our work. The focus of our efforts is first the welfare of man. This includes the complete nature, but the focus is on the human being.

Community

We do things together. With the people on site and as a team. Trusting relationships are the key to success

Long-term.

Everything we do has a long-term impact. Whether that's investors' returns, consumers' security of supply or employees' and partners' incomes. We build a home that will still be standing tomorrow.

Profitable

For us, profit is when all participants in this process gain something. People, animals, plants and the land. This will require difficult decisions to weigh the advantages and disadvantages

Mission

Observe. Development. Implement.

is a process that brings excellent results through close observation, innovative development and targeted application. We apply this process in the following fields:
Purchase and sale of agricultural land for crops, forest, yerba or livestock. The purchase, as well as the exchange of land to achieve a perfect mix of short-term and long-term profit is important to reduce risks. For this purpose Faithful farming creates a functioning management system.
Employee training. Training your own employees is the key to long-term healthy growth of a company. Finding good employees is one of the great challenges today. Through years of experience, we bring a great deal of know-how to the table here. Well-paid employees in turn provide stability for their families and local societies.
Sale of products to foreign and domestic customers. A structure of customers should be developed in such a way that an ever greater independence from current market prices is developed. This includes the construction of silos or the possibility of storage in them.
Purchase of services from subcontractors. Fertilizers, pesticides, but also third-party work such as sowing and harvesting are partly purchased. The selection of products and suppliers creates security and quality. As soon as it makes sense, the company has its own fleet of vehicles.
Learning new cultivation techniques and constantly improving them. Classic cultivation is the focus of our work today. Gradually, organic cultivation techniques will be integrated, if this makes sense and is possible. Here a de-risking from the global players should be achieved. Partners should be found who help to improve organic cultivation in Paraguay.
Establish partnerships to extend value chains. An expansion of natural cycles is to be achieved. This means developing products that are suitable for export, but also serve as food for people in Paraguay. As far as possible, animal husbandry should be integrated.

Vision

Faithful Farming buys and manages farmland in southern Paraguay. Due to its location, this land is both favorable, stable, water-rich and fertile. In the interplay of crops, livestock, forest, fruits and vegetables, a powerful natural cycle is set in motion.
This serves the land of Paraguay and the people who live here. External investments make it possible to build local infrastructure and train regional professionals. We are working on a self-sufficient farm that can perform most of the services itself.
This creates security of supply and profit for investors, employees and consumers.
Faithful Farming employees want to honor God with their work. This respect pushes us to ensure that our farming is people-centered, sustainable and yet profitable.

Our Journey To Sustainable Agriculture

At Faithful Farming, we have two phases of sustainable agriculture that align with our mission, vision, and values. In the first phase, our objective is to cultivate regional crops in a sustainable way using a combination of historical farming techniques and modern AgTech. We aim to expand arable land, establish trial plots to test different fertilization methods and control pests, and diversify our crop offerings beyond herbaceous and garden plants. Our values include strengthening the region, involving the local population in our success, creating a model of sustainable agriculture that investors can be proud of, and delivering yields of approximately 8-10%.

In the second phase, we envision a mega farm as the base of economic prosperity for the region, with an integrated holiday resort for tourists. Our goal is to create a town that is more self-sufficient and sustainable, leveraging the region's gifted climate and rich soil. The resort will be oriented towards agriculture and offer a great long-term home for both locals and immigrants. We see this as an opportunity to develop both urban and rural models that will provide living spaces and activities of leisure for those who share our sustainable mindset, and we believe that it will be an attractive investment opportunity for those looking to invest in Paraguay.
